Online Journals
Ebsco and ATLA
The Religion & Philosophy Collection and the ATLA Religion Database are both supplied by Ebsco. Durham-registered students may access both databases via the Common Awards Hub.
The ATLA Religion Database is also available to all staff and students as a separate Queen's subscription. It can be accessed via Moodle without the need for an additional login or via the ATLA link below. But if you are using the link below and are off site, you will need the Ebsco username and password, which are available from the librarian.
The Religion & Philosophy Collection is available to all staff and students via the Common Awards Hub and not from this link.
Moodle is the Queen’s VLE and a link to it can be found in the header at the top of this page.
If you are eligible for a Moodle account and have not yet been registered, please contact the Queen’s Moodle helpline moodle@queens.ac.uk to request an account.
You will find introductory guides to both the Religion & Philosophy Collection and the ATLA Religion Database under Resources below. The guides consist of a single A4 page and may be printed out for future reference. Please note that more detailed guidance is available via the Help button on the search screen of each database.
