I have been ordained in the Church of England for 30 years, and spent most of those in Worcester Diocese. Throughout my ministry I have been involved in lay training courses, especially for Licensed Lay Ministry (Reader Ministry), and since 2004 have run our diocesan course. In 2013 we entered a partnership with Queens for this training.

I trained for ordination at St John’s Nottingham, learning how to swim as a catholic fish in an evangelical pond, and mostly enjoyed the experience. I have an interest in the New Testament, especially Paul, and also, particularly from a practical point of view, in Liturgy. I’m also very interested in issues of interpretation and communication, which blends well with my hobby of photography.
